My ipod was set up on a desk top computer. Got rid of the desk top and transferred my music to my lap top. I set up my ipod with a password which I think/know is different from last one. I am having trouble syncing changes from laptop to ipod. Ipod not receiving info. Do I need to go back to the old password? I believe it was registered twice.

i got a frown face on my i pod. its broke.i was told problem could be fixed with tech help on line. but i have yet to find any. i pod is about 5 years old.

I received a ipod touch for christmas and we downloaded all my pictures but there are some I want to delete how would I go about doing that I don’t see a delete button.

I do not remember my itunes password for the App Store icon on my iphone4. When trying to download I get the following message, “This Apple ID has been disabled for secruity reasons.”

How do I reactivate my password?

When I called the Apple Phone Support I was told it would cost me $29 to have the password reset, or I could go to http://www.apple.com and change it online for free. I tried going online, but can not figure out how to change the password.

My iphone4 serial number is 850262SLA4S. The phone is registered to either Lynn or Mike Phelps.
