My ipod and BOSE Sounddock were purchased in UK. Ipod model MB739 and I have been using not very frequently. Until last week the Bose system was working well. 4 or 5 days ago suddenly the Bose system has stopped playing. However I am able to hear the music through my ear phone. As per BOSE manual it says your ipod must have the latestversion of iPod software installed. Please let me know how to upgrade it software. Thank you

my daughter gifted me an ipad all was well Iwas playing spellephone suddenly the screen went blank, I remember seeing the battery indictor last showing balance 66%,as I am not tech savy I checked the button on the sides and again put it to charge still a blank. HELP.
