my ipod advances in the middle of each song, when I go to on line service I get nothing but music download options. Can i buy the second half of each song I’m trying to listen too?

I have a ipod shuffle shuffle that i got in 2007. i have not used it because because I can,t find a maual on how to load it . i can’t undestand why they make it so difficult to find a manual so they do’ nt put it in the box when you buy it. 1GB 240 songs pc+mAC . help

My husband wants to merge his iTunes account with me and our daughters. His account is under bbward@triad.rr.com. My account is under bward53@triad.rr.co
. Is there a way to do this without losing the apps he already purchased? Also, when he tries to access his account under bbward@triad.rr.com, it says the account has been disabled due to security reasons but he still gets pop ups on his iPhone to update the apps for this account. have enjoyed itunes for a long time. now after trying to download from another sorce my coputer says some files are missing. when i try to reinstall the download gets stuck half way through. help please

my son has just got his 1st ipod touch (8)GB and we have no idea how to get it to do any thing ,were do we start,all of the sites lead us to download music and pay for them,the clerk at the store told him it already had a few games and we could download later what to do?PLEASE HELP
