I tried to reset it, and nothing happened. i have been looking in the manual, and tried all the suggestions, but nothing seems to work. what do i do now? I am not what you would call technically saavy, and I am extremly disappointed that the product is behaving in such a way. HELP!

i turned on my ipod nano it went on to a lock i reseted it and tried entering some codes that would be my code but it wont go off that lock and i dont even have a code what should i do to get the lock off it wont even play music. and i just got it last christmas in 2008 december 26. please tell me what i should do or give me an operaters ipodnano number.

Hi, I received an ipod shuffle for xmas. I have set it up and paid the subscription to download music from my computer. Not being computer literate I cannot find out how to set up my library of tunes. After 3 hours I keep coming to dead ends. Please help.

i have received i-pod classic 160GB as a gift.
First of all, it gave me hard time to get to English language from an asian language,
Secondly, it is difficult to change minutes in time setting.
It took long to change date and year.

My ipod and BOSE Sounddock were purchased in UK. Ipod model MB739 and I have been using not very frequently. Until last week the Bose system was working well. 4 or 5 days ago suddenly the Bose system has stopped playing. However I am able to hear the music through my ear phone.
