I downloaded audiobook “power of positive thinking” (10.99) it’s a 3 hour audio and only plays about 12 minutes – downloaded it twice as per apple support guy but was later told I’d be charged double. Please help would really like to listen to this book.

I just bought an I Pad-2 and unable to use it without User Guide. Down loading user guide as adviced buy them is useless.Hope someone will come out equal quality producet with customer friendly attitude.Apple wiil learn a lesson then.
