iTunes, The world’s top music store just got a make over. Apple launched the new generation of iTunes, iTunes 9 at Sep. 9th, 2009. You may download it from http://www.apple.com/downloads.
There’re many new features with the iTunes 9, Here are some:
- Improved store navigation, including persistent navigation menu.
- Full window iTunes store. For times when that sidebar is just too much.
- Previews from anywhere in the store – don’t have to drill down to preview.
- iTunes LP includes lyrics, liner notes, video, photos and “more.”
- iTunes Extras. It’s like DVD extras, but with iTunes. Not clear if it includes director’s commentaries, but let’s hope.

I can not get itunes to update and transfer my music to my new Ipod touch.
I have had this ipod for about 2 weeks and i have sat up many hours until 1:00 am try to get connected to the itune store all i get is”itunes could not connect to the itune store. Make sure your network connection is active and try again” I am connection to a mifi and can not find any reason why i can not connect to the itune store.I did some research on the internet and have tried the suggestions but none helped.. Please HELP i am going crazy and do not know what to do any more. thank you, Maryann

What a joke, I have spent heaps of money and time on the ipod and apple in general , just yesterdate an automatic update appeared on my computer from apple, regarding ipod program and quicktime. After allowing this to proceed I have now got some corrupted files and now my ipod is also corrupted as I was unaware of the files being corrupted. I have spent many hours trying to fix the situtaion and now I am just sick of it as can not even download the program again due to ipod stuffed. The program would not open due to missing files so I tried to update and even download new version. All failed just like my 8 week old Ipod. It then told me I must re-format my ipod due to corrupted files and guess what Itunes popped up on my computer and offered to do it , so I allowed the program to take over, fail fail fail. OH My God, I think I just want to flush it down somwhere.
I have exact same problem as Maryann Kuzda.. ive tried everything… but i simply cannot access to itune store. . . its really bugging me now. .
My problem with the latest combo of iTunes and the new iPhone is that my mp3s are all playing staticky on the iphone. I went and returned the iphone for another one.
The second iphone 4 is even worse. Leading me to believe that itunes is corrupting my mp3s on sync to the device. I have been listening to these songs for 3-4 months no sound issues.
Now my entire library sounds like crap.

I downloaded the recent version of Itunes a week ago and since then i am not able to open itunes on my computer and when i try to download it all this stuff comes up saying contact your techical support group. i did nothing wrong except download the new itunes. like really? its really making me mad. what should i do? nothing is working. and if i uninstall itunes i will have tpo get all of ym songs back and i had over 600 songs.

MuzicMann: I’m having a very difficult time in downloading itunes to my laptop as well to my home computer. I have tried everything that I know to do. The application is asking once the downloading has went through the necessary procedures for a admin’s password. I’m completely at a stop sign with this. Because it shouldn’t be this techincal for a device that was explain by apple it has an easy dowload process. Please contact me and explain the error I made be having .
